I have the VPC-Z11 and the respective docking station. I must say, that the docking station itself could have more ports (analog and digital audio-out for instance) and it also offers only a DVI-D port instead of HDMI.

If I am using the HDMI on the left side of the lappy to connect to my TV I get to select in the nVidia control center the digital color format - RGB or YCbCr. With RGB the blacks tend to look greyish but with YCbCr everything is fine.

Since I have the dock and the HDMI port itself is quite a tight fit I would prefer to use the DVI-D on the dock even if it does not transmit audio signals. My problem is, that the nVidia control center will only let me to select RGB as color format!

Did somebody have the same issue and found a workaround or I have to live with this issue? YCbCr looks much nicer, but I would rather use the DVI-D instead of plugging and unplugging HDMI at the side each day.

An alternative would be to tell my TV to use RGB, it is a Samsung LE32B650. Any help and advice in appreciated.
