So I have a SZ that is slowly dying due to overheating problems. The thing cooks like hell and I'm getting more and more hardware / heat related crashes. It's only a matter of time before the thing kicks the bucket and I was wondering how your dealings with Sony warranty support was?
Did they ever bring up and BS excuses not to replace a broken laptop or are they good about replacement of parts repair?
