Z1190X - purchased last spring
Had screen problem with bad on-site repair experience. here is my post about it)
two days ago the laptop suddenly crashed and then started randomly freezing and throwing blue screens (see below)
safe mode, boot from CD, repair, etc.. all ends up with freezing or shut down
called customer care, the guy was very unprofessional with very poor English (even compare to mine). I'm not going to go into much detail but after I asked to speak with his manager he simply hanged up.![]()
Went to the nearest store. They've inspected the laptop and will be shipping to service center. The repair outcome I was told is 3-4 weeks!!!
I'll be calling customer support later this week to try to expedite the process.
This is getting ridiculous! I'm hoping they resolve it fast...![]()
