    Z11 still have the screen scratch issue

    was researching about the flex in the screen of the Z5/6 series causing it to scratch against the palm rest. I also read they recomend using the cloth over the keyboard when shutting to stop this from happening. Does the Z11 still suffer from this design flaw?

    all laptop with thin LCD will have this problem (such as sony Zxxx or TZ etc,). this is due to the flexing of the lcd cover under pressure. alot of laptops you will see key marks scratch into the lcd. only thing you can do is place something between the lcd and keybd.

    ISTR that Sony have tried to mitigate it by adding raised rubber pads on boththe screen and the side of the keyboard to try and stop contact.
