Hi All,
When its at home, our Z2 powers a Sony VPL-VW90ES Projector via the PMD.
The closest I can get to 1080P/24 is 1000P/24. This plays smoothly and gives a cinematic picture, but I would still like full 1080P/24. For 1080 though, the 24 option is italicised in CCC and it only allows 49/50/60.
So the card can obviously handle the data rate - so why on earth isn't the 24 option enabled ???!!
I have used regedit to add 1920x1080/24 as a non standard resolution, but this hasn't worked.
The projector is connected to a HDMI splitter - so it doesn't see the projector itself - just the Splitter (A Meridian HD621).
Any ideas on a way to get 1080P24 would be greatly appreciated. I want to achieve this natively rather than use third party software.

This article shows you how to make EDID override drivers. The software to create it is 3rd party but once you make your hacked INF it is native.

I used this approach to make the U3011 work at 35Hz with my Z1. You should easily be able to make your projector work at 24P, try setting your pixel clock to 63.2448 using Phoenix EDID designer. That should give you 1080@24P.
