    so i have this Z2 with home edition, i decide to do a clean install of ultimate. first attempt no problem, installed windows, install drive, and update BIOS to the latest. was all good.

    then i want to re-do windows installation with professional edtion. thinking I dont need all the ultimate feature and save myself a little space.(128GB HDD only). at first install the windows, looks all good, untill during the procress where I select time zone and set time, after that, i got massage" Interactive logon process initialization has failed. Please consult the event log for more details." then the laptop reboot.

    I have done numbers of windows install on differnet PC or laptop, this is the only one I see the message. really wondering whether if I did something wrong or some BIOS setting was not right.

    did a google search and didnt find too much help. ppl have this issue happened while using the machine, not during windows install, etc.
    but noone gives a perfect solution and cause.

    does anyone have an idea?
