Today I found that clicking on a Word document continually crashed Word 2010.

After some aggravation it turned out to be an add-in called btmoffice.Connect. This seems to have been installed with one of the latest Bluetooth updates from Sony that I did last week sometime.

I know the fix, I have the same problem with my Z1 because I have the Intel 6230.

When the error pops up, you need to expand it so you can see the DLL causing the problem. Search your computer for that DLL, then rename it, no more problem.

It is NOT Sony's fault, it is Intel's fault, their stupid Bluetooth driver adds a stupid DLL to Office that makes it crash.

I left the DLL alone and pulled the appropriate registry entry.
