    Hi!

I'm trying to do a clean install of the OS. I plug (USB) a DVD reader with the Win7 Ultimate SP1 disk inside and when the OS try to find the disk it doesn't find it.

¿Somebody knows where is the driver to load the SATA RAID 0 to permit the OS see the SSD?

I don't find it on Sony Spain.
This one from Sony USA doesn't work: Sony eSupport - VPCZ21TGX/X - Drivers & Software

What do you mean the OS tries to find the disk?

Try checking the boot order, set the usb device/disk reader first and then try booting

When the installation loads from DVD, the first stage is select the disk drive to install (format, partition, ...), the Win7 installation doesn't recognise the disk, doesn't found.

Maybe, is the same problem like WinXP to recognise a SATA HDD, sometimes requires a driver to load or put the HDD in IDE compatibility on BIOS.

Solved. Just only change the DVD reader from USB3.0 to 2.0 port and it works :D
