This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Z790DLX driver woes

    I'm trying to get *everything* to work on my Z790DLX in Win7 64 bit but I'm going insane with Sony's Craptastic website and installers.

    1. NVidia's driver doesn't show up on the Z790DLX page, but shows up on other pages. Nice.

    2. I downloaded the new "Event Service" 64 bit installer from the sony site so that I can get my brightness keys working. When I run the installer I get a message that it's only for vista.

    Seriously, has anyone compiled a list of the correct installers for the 790DLX? Sony certainly has not.
