I just created the Sony recover disks, so I don't need the recovery portion of the harddrive anymore. It would be nice if I can free up that space for the C drive. Is there anyway to do this without having to do a system restore (re-installing everything)? Is would be nice to get that extra disk space without the hassle.
    Thanks.

A program like GParted or PartitionMagic should be able to do the trick.

Gparted is better than PartitionMagic and it's 100% free. Just google Gparted.

I am personally using PartitionMagic and it's extremely simple. You can easily delete partions or merge them or do other stuff with it.
