This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     This is a longshot, but does anyone still have an old vaio that had the "birds and nature" screensaver on it?

    I take offense at my FS8900P3 being called old. September '06 doesn't seem that long ago. :( ;)

    I only have the VAIO Cozy Screen 640x400 W.wmv version on mine. Anyone else can look in C:\Program Files\Sony\VAIO Original Screen Saver\ for a folder containing the wmv. Mine is C:\Program Files\Sony\VAIO Original Screen Saver\VAIO Cozy Screen SD.

    It seems as if I can drop another video in there and choose it via the application. That would be cool. You might find something better than what you're currently looking for.

    lol haven't misplaced it, I'm looking to get it from someone (don't have it on my notebook).

    You don't have some version of a movie screen saver? All vaios I've ever seen had it preloaded in the screensaver options, you didn't have to browse other folders to find it.

    Not that particular one you want, just the Cozy Screen movie which is the default. I can choose others if I wanted, but the movie I mentioned is the only one that came preinstalled on mine.
