I'm looking for a wireless mouse to use with my SZ. But, before buying it, I'd like to have some advices:

Would a bluetooth mouse drain a considerable amount of battery life? If it wouldn't, I shall consider this one:

If the answer is "yes", then I should go with Logitech VX Nano: ( http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/mice_pointers/mice/devices/3271&cl=us,en).

The point is that SZ has only 2 USB ports and keeping the receiver attached will be annoying.

    Thanks in advance.

Any additional radios you have on will drain battery life. Of course, you can always turn the BT off when not using it. I have a Logitech V270 and am very pleased with it and the effect on battery life. I, personally, will take a the slight battery hit for a free USB port and a sleeker look.

    Hard to believe, isn't it?

If someone has already used a bt mouse with the SZ, please let me know about battery life.

    Thanks for you insight, vespoli.

i use microsoft notebook bluetooth mouse. Laggy when used simultaneously with A2DP. Overall when using the mouse by itself, it works great. Doesn't seem to really affect notebook battery.

not only a free USB port, but i always had a bad habit of either losing or breaking/snapping the USB dongle. bluetooth makes life easier, for the most part.
