    bluetooth not installed please help

    So I have an issue with my CS320 when I go to turn on the bluetooth with smartwii connection manager, Vista installs a driver for it and it says unknown device and I have no bluetooth, I've tried downloading the driver from sony but no avail it never installs properly so I was wondering if anyone could help me
