    hello everyone - i bought a new laptop sony vgn-fw190 with vista home premium. yesterday i turn on the laptop and after the system boot i receive a black window with the arrow of the viste - i can move the arrow but im not see the desktop at all, i restart the laptop and tried to boot him with:
    -safe mode
    -last known good configuration
    -repair windows

    but it didnt help me
    please help me enter my laptop
    i dont want to format him because i have a lot of important files inside and i dont know from where can i get all the drivers

    are you receiving a windows error recovery message when you try to boot the computer to windows.
