    the bottom right part of my fe38gp has been gettin hot(not very hot) regularly...wt does it mean??.....is my battery under battery recall too??.

    i bought my laptop from singaporer..so under which area is it covered??

    i checked the battery recall list...thought the BATTERY MODEL number is there...my BATTERY PART number is not in the list (but thats a page having form for the US residents)

    urgent help needed..thnx!!...........

    Is the battery itself getting hot? My fe gets hot underneath, I think that's normal, cpu, hard drive, gfx card all get hot after a while, but the battery itself does not. I don't believe the fe38gp (Core 2 Duo?) is under the battery recall, as is not the fe790 in the US.

    k that really helped...naa the battery itself remains cool ..just the bottom right gets hot..ya i guess thats normal....
