I have one side (over the DVDR) that appears loose in the lower clip. We have other FE's and mine is the only one doing it :( anywho... I'd like to see if there's some debris under the keyboard (its brand new, unlikely) or if there is a pad/shim of some sort missing.

Can I get to the keyboard without making it look obvious I got in there? If I cant fix it, its going back (2 days old). Usually I would tug and pull on things until they come apart, but thats only when they are out of warranty :D

    any guidance?
    thanks

keyboards are easy to remove, and it shouldn't void your warranty if you do so. usually, keyboards have small tabs at the outer rim of the keyboard that you simply press with your finger nail or screw driver and then remove the metal plate underneath it. unfortunately, i do not know where the tabs are for the fe, so you will have to find a manual for it.
