    hi,
    I want to change the hardisk on my newly SZ55.
    anyone know if its possible?
    since I can't see where the hd is and after opening the ram i don't know where to look.
    I read somewhere here that you can upgrade these two things.

    You'll have to remove the back casing to see the RAM (apparently).

    Nope, open RAM closure won't get you to HDD location. When I upgraded my SZ35 with Hitachi 200GB 7200RPM, I have to remove keyboard in order to gain access to HDD. It's a bit tricky, but worth a try. There's a step by step guide Here
