    i have the vaio VGN-190G (shown on the front bezel). it is i believe a 14.1" one. i can't find the right model number for it. all they have is the 17" one. please help

    what's vgn-190g try to check correct model number.GO to Run type
    MSINFO32 and check for service or system model so we can help you. Or if you're lappy is not working contact sony support provide you're serial number or service tag number and they will look for you're correct model number.
