    hi i can not burn cd-r but i can burn dvd media so what should i do is it a hardware problem

    i tried to update my firmware but at the middle of the updating process there is a n error message but then it goes on to the update process it finishes the process successfully.but nothing was changed

    Maybe you can upgrade your Nero if your key allows, try some different software or discs as a places to start.
