    Hi can anybody tell me how to change the key pad on my sony vaio VGN-N11S/W laptop, i have a key missing and i have a new replacement key board. i have never done anything like this before so am a bit unsure as to how to proceed, i understand i cant just replace the offending key. any help would be greatly appreciated
