    has anybody gone to circuit city and check the price on the SR?

    The SR at Circuit City was anyway overpriced when compared to SonyStyle - my advice - AVOID

    Also keep in mind that with the liquidation, all sales are final. Even if the price of the SR was great at Circuit City (which it isn't), I'd pay a bit extra for peace of mind in case anything goes wrong in the first few days of owning the machine.
