    Hi
I have just completed a clean instal of Windows 7 on my VGN-NR38S laptop.

All seems okay but in DEVICE MANAGER it shows that the driver for the mass storage controller is missing.

Can anyone tell me where to extract it from please?

    Thanks.

Mass storage controller is the SD/MMC/MS card reader. You can use the Vista driver for your model.

    Hi
I appear to have other problems as the "settings utility service" also will not load. It is telling me that "snyutils.dll" is not loaded.

Where can I get it from?

    Thanks.
