i'm going out of my mind :(

I just got a new SZ650N/C and i was VERY happy about it. Looks very nice, but had a lot of software installed...so, i thought i would just format it and reinstall it....THAT WAS DUMM!!!

I'm tryin' to reinstall those drivers for over 3h, went on and read most of the threads here related to clean installs, but they don't really work.
I make a clean Windows Vista Ultimate install, then put the Sony® Shared Library for Microsoft® Windows Vista® then the Sony® Notebook Utilities...and then i just get a:
"The installed battery may not be properly connected to the computer or may not be compatible with the computer...blah"

As i read here, that was suppoused to be the order, but that don't seem to work for me...

what am i doing wrong...please help me, as i cannot see how i could make this work...

is there any way to remake the initial instalation? (i see an extra 6gb partition, but i think that's empty)

    Thank you,
    N.

I am sure if you read some thread you would find out what that partition is and how to use it.

Yeah, same happened to me. Just keep installing the rest of the drivers, one of them will get rid of this message (I think its the microsoft update or the I/O device, but Im not sure)
