I've noticed that when my laptop is idle (under speed mode), it occasionally makes a "click" sound, it's just a little annoying but not a big deal. Seems liek the click noise is comming from the harddrive. Anyone else have this problem?

If the sound is heard every few seconds, and it is almost all the time, it is normal. It is the arm in the hard disk moving ack and forth. It makes a noise as it exerts a force on the pivot, holding the arm itself. The arm moves because it is constantly reading and writing data. It is nothing to worry about.
