    if price were no object. would you guys custom build one at sonystyle? and go fore the dual 2.16 120gb?

    not Likely. Processing power of the core duo at those speeds far surpasses the needs of most mobile users. Better to opt for the battery life than the raw power of a 2.16ghz duo. If you need that kind of ability, get a desktop. Hardrives at sony are not that great.Aftermarket would be better though significantly more complicated because there are problems with drivers and all sorts of things. It would prob be better not to wait for a custom and just by a preconfigured model. There are some links for cheap sz's of of this site

    I would have upgraded to a 2.0ghz if the price increase for the upgrade had been similar to other manufaturers. The 2.16ghz is too big a jump for the return.
