    Hi i have ordered a custom vaio e series. Any one have experiance of dispatch time.

    When I ordered a CTO Z, estimated ship time was in two weeks from the order date. I believe it took slightly under 2 weeks to ship, and it only took 2 days for my computer to arrive from Japan to the USA. So I would say if it's the same with the factory in China, you're looking at ~2 weeks.
    Did they give you an ETA when you configured the computer?
