My Sony Vaio keyboard was stepped on and now only the lights come on and the fan is running. When I removed the memory panel, one of the cards popped up out of it's bracket. Could the keyboard be causing the problem or maybe a damaged ram? The only physical sign of damage is the card popping out when I removed the access panel.

Did you already try put the card back into it's bracket/slot?
