This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     there is this intermitent faint beeping sound coming from my dvd drive(vaio cr24)
    this happens when my disc is being accessed (when it spins-up)

    IS THIS NORMAL....OR THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH IT??

    PLEASE HELP ME OUT.....SHOULD I GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER..?
