    Hi
When I first got my SZ upon start up you would log on with a finger print and it would log you in. Now I when I do it everytime on log in it says please wait while it performs a cryptographic process and takes the best part of 90secs to 2 mins to log on.

Any one have the same issue.

It's because the TPM Chip need to decrypt the encrypted fingerprint. Try disable fingerprint encryption in UPEK Protector Suite QL or disable/uninstall the TPM Module then delete previous Protector Suite's passport and add a new one.
