    After shutting down last night...

Today I use my SZ360 and find out that a lot of my icons in the tray are not present. Items such as Wireless/bluetooth, Finger Scanner are both gone. Also Mozilla(firefox) will not work anymore but IE will. Finally Norton is not working also.

I have to force finger scanner program in order to open "my safe".
Also I don't know how to get that wireless/bluetooth icon back.
The regular "bluetooth" icon will come on, but the other one will not.

Tried to do a search but sorta of an odd topic I didn't find much (or did not search correctly).

Use Taskbar repair to see if it will bring the missing icons back, I seem to have missing icons after some of the MS updates.

Scroll down to Notification area and click "Remove Past items" and allow it to to it's thing.Sorry, I don't know why your FF is not working along with other programs, try a System Restore, If SR does not cure just reinstall.

thanks for your response. However it only helped for a few icons. There were some really weird things going on that I had no clue why it would be like that. i.e. my touchpad no longer had scroll capability, LAN icon gone, norton crashing, firefox not working, fingerprint scanner not booting, etc etc...

I ended up doing a full restore since its pretty new and I didn't have many things on it that I can't easily redo.

This time around I will do multiple backups and system checkpoints. I'd suggest that to everyone also.
