    fingerprint problem after updating to windows 8.1 VAIO S

    hello everyone
    i have vaio svs15116gab
    my fingerprint sensor was working fine in windows 7
    then i update to windows 8 and it was fine too
    finally i updated it yesterday to windows 8.1 and at first it was working just fine until i ran windows updates .

    now it's not working and the associated program (authentic ) just give me a password control over websites.
    then i learned that windows 8.1 have included the support for fingerprints in their system and there is no need for third party programs (thats why the program was not working after the update).
    so i went there to pc setting -> accounts -> sign in options -> sign in by scanning fingerprints
    but the button does not response to my clicks
    i even tried to manually install the driver fingerprint for windows 8 (i did not find the driver for 8.1) but nothing happened like if it was not installed.
    anyone can help me with this security issue
