    after reinstall my operition system (xp) on my Vaio-vgn-sz2xrp/c
    the function key's stop working
    any idea?

    Yes, I have an idea that you didn't even TRY to search for the answer here before you posted. Go to the top of the page and use the search box to look for "XP FN Keys VAIO" or "XP Function VAIO" without the quotes. This question has been addressed numerous times.
