I'm hard pressed for a laptop for the new school year, so i ask you, when do you think the sony FW with the 3650 will come out in the US? it's just too high in price in europe now, I'm expecting the price to drop sharply when it comes to the US.

so original question, when do you think the FW with 3650 will come out?

If it didn't come out by mid next month, then it will probably not come out at all on FW series. Maybe the new AR series later this year?

I thought the new AR series was going to come with the HD3870, because its a 17" notebook.

When did Sony ever put a real 3D card in their laptops...the best video card on the current AR is 8600. :(

A HD3650 FW series model in the U.S. is still possible. Maybe by next year? By that time, newer graphic cards and processors (Nehalem) will replace the old ones...

Maybe Sony will finally start to implement some of its PS3 graphics technologies into their notebooks by next year.. :D
