    fz vaio recovery centre help seems slow!

    HI

    how quick is vaio recovery mine seems stuck half the time. i created recovery disk and it spent ages at the hard drive copying files befor burning them. also re-installing the 9mb sound driver toke 5-10 min of copying files to somewere then it installed it using its installer as normal

    is this normal for the recovery?

    yes mine also took ages to copy files, but burning was quick.

    Yeah its very slow i did ask vaio support they recomended uninstalling the ATA controller in device managed an re-intstalling as sometime it can conflict with the com port slowing the whole computer down....it did not work for me but its worth a go :)
