well i received my sz370p/c today and so far Im pretty pleased, i did buy it refurbished by sony and fortunately there are no visible blemished or defects. In addition I have not had any issued with the static hand rest problem, and I dont find the keyboard too annoing, although as others have said it does get pretty damn hot. I have started removing some of the many unnecessary programs but I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or advice for a new sz owner.

Where did you purchase your SZ370? Are you running XP or Vista?
