The flex I experienced when testing it out at the Sony store. The fan issue was discussed earlier I think and it does indeed turn on and off. It bothers some while others don't mind. About the leakage, some say there is but it's not too bad.

Just out of curiosity, do these issues hinder your ability to like the laptop? I'm ordering mine tomorrow from Circuit City (TX650), just curious about the issues you are having. (Won't be able to try mine out till I get back home in about a month. )

these were very minor issues...the fan quited down considerably after i finished setting up..the laptop is amazing...typing this on it , wirelessly...using a belkin pre-n router...works great..the range on this thing is amazing...so, yes go ahead and get your tx650!...

For sure I'm ordering it! haha One thing I ran across though. I found a forum where a user or two has stated that the colors displayed on the TX650 are displaying incorrectly. That is to say that certain reds display darker and such. Do you have any problems with colors displaying incorrectly on the screen? Just curious and was a tiny bit concerned...but not too concerned.
