    Hi Angelic,

Sony partitions the hard drive into two sections. The one you are looking at is set up at 15G for programs and system files. You'll find another partition labeled D drive with roughly 55G of free disk space.

Well it doesn't really bother me that much now that I know I still have alot of hard drive space. Also the reason I was having so many problems was because best buy disabled my startup menu and all my hotkey buttons and norton so I went and fixed it...now everything is working great and I have no problems [ :D]. The screen is great I can never go back to anything less lol. I just need to get a wireless router now cuz its a pain in the butt lugging this from the living room to the bedroom a few times a day.

    Angelica,

When I purchased my GRT380ZG I also purchased the Sony VAIO® 802.11g Wireless LAN Router Access Point. Like the notebook I have nothing but great things to say about this router. I have yet to find a location in my house that does not get an excellent signal. When you start looking for a router look for the 802.11g type. The 'g' indicates it transmits at up to 54 Mbps transfer rate, not hugely beneficial for your internet connection (typically your provided will be well below this rate), but great for transmitting files between computers if you have more than one on the wireless connection. You'll enjoy the freedom you get from having the wireless environment. One word of caution ... make sure you activate the 128 bit encription as most routers come with it deactivated.
