ok, the title has the whole idea where i'm going. basically, i ordered a laptop from the outlet, its too heavy and huge for me, can i return it without being charged restocking fee or would they try to screw me? has anyone returned one recently?

Since you purchased a computer apparently without being aware of it's size/weight, I'm not sure why a restocking charge by the vendor to recover their costs from your ill-considered purchase would be thought of as trying to "screw" you.

No restock. 10 business day waiting period for refund after they receive it back.
