    hi all - so i preregistered my vaio fw 41m/h that i bought in july for a free windows 7 upgrade. I then immediately received the confirmation mail saying that i was registered for the program. but so far thats the only mail i've received [ and it was a whole two months ago]. anyone received any follow up mails with more details yet?

    Whilst it's started. This site does not seem to be working fully @ this time/or is unable to cope with the volume.
    After entering details and selecting 'next'. I am currently presented with a blank page.

    Update:- (To always getting a blank screen)
    To proceed ensure product code is eight digits - serial will be 7 digits.
    Have now succesfully ordered an update. £20 delivery/handling charge though for u.k.
