having problem with installing drivers i need help

How To Installing Drivers Imean wich driver must be to instaled before before another driver ? beacouse i have problem with sony drivers and i think there is an order of installing these drivers

i format my laptop two times some times sound driver problem and some times somthing call base system ?

So i need exprenice help please i call sony they told me to install sony libary at first do this meen i must format again and try from the begening

 

Base system driver is Memory Stick Reader driver.
