What temp is it? ie CPU, GPU etc
What program are you using to check the temperature?
Have you overclocked any components in your laptop? What specific model is your laptop?
Have you upgraded any hardware recently? or did u ever change anything?

Use NHC latest version to check the temp. of the CPU, but if you still have this issue persisting, i would suggest you clean your CPU..might be because of dust accumulation..check and let me know

When temperature rises, the cooling fan turns ON automatically.

Check that the fan is indeed working.

Open the casing to ensure that the air vents are not blocked. Clean the cooling fan and heatsink with compressed air spray. (The heatsink cannot be cleaned effectively with vacuum cleaner alone.)

If the above still does not rectify the problem, send it for servicing.

    Good luck.
