    It has been over a week since the return was delivered, and no credit notice - or credit was refunded to me.

    It usually takes around 2-5 weeks for the refund to show up. :(

    Do they at least send an acknowledgement that they received it, or do you just wait for it to show up on your credit card account - and hope they don't claim you damaged it and refuse to refund? I really love this computer, but it is pretty hard to feel that great about owning a product from such a totally crap company. They make HP and Dell seem like Lexus by comparison!

    Go log into your Sony Style account....if there are any updates they will show up there. I waited 3 weeks for a refund on my sb and just sent back my vpcz today.

    it is really too long process.
    I hope the new Z is really worth waiting for, consider Dell XPS 15z is out - really a competitor!
