Has anyone got the hybrid to work on a clean installed W7?
I cannot switch from speed to stamina without rebooting.

Have you installed all the sony utilities? such as setting utility series, control center, event service?

As these are all needed I think for it to work properly.

    Correct, Firestone.

I've got a clean install of Ultimate on my Z1, w works. Install all the drivers first, minus the displays, then install:

Sony Firmware Extension Parser Device Driver: SODOTH-00212580-0042
    Sony Shared Library: SOASSL-00209006-0040
    Sony Notebook Utilities: SOAOTH-49200000-0042
    Then...
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M Video Driver: NVDVID-00219322-0042

    I usually install SmartWi last.

And make sure you install the video drivers from Sony as others will not work.
