    HI,

I can't adjust the brightness anymore on my sony laptop, which is windows vista. Not great with computers, so some advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also, my wifi button switch for turning on the internet, has become faulty on my window 7 sony laptop, and i can't turn it on anymore. Can this be bypassed and turned on using settings on the computer? Thanks.

Have you recently changed the graphics driver from Sony one, say from the Intel Website, some graphic drivers are modded to control the display brightness, if you have changed it, re-install the Sony driver.

also it could be a missing or faulty hotkey driver.

    John.
