    ok the problem is that the person i bought this laptop off of upgraded this laptop from home to pro edition and the recovery option was deleted so im pretty much screwed if this laptop eff's up. is there anywhere i can like get the cds or the vaio recovery utility program without calling sony?

    and the latch hooks on top of the monitor broke. can they fix that? or am i screwed on that too?
