    Hi,

I'm thinking about bying a Sony Vaio VGN-NS21Z/S. I record music with a Presonus Firepod firewire card and I want to make sure the laptop and the sound card are compatible before I by the computer. So, I'm wondering what kind of firewire (i.Link, IEEE 1394 or whatever) chipset it has. I've asked the (Swedish) customer service without any help and I can't access the support until I buy the product. I'd appreciate any sort of information! Also, if anyone happens to have that very laptop using an external firewire sound card, I'd love to hear about your thoughts.

    Best regards,
    Pontus
