Ok so I recently bought a custom Vaio FW3 with vista 64. I have the 64 bit version of itunes and I used sharepod to transfer all my songs on my iphone into the itunes library folder. When I open itunes everything is there but I think it's if I turn off my laptop or don't go on itunes soon, it seems to not show the songs, the songs are still in the itunes library folder but they are not showing on itunes, what might be the problem?

The problem is iTunes. You may get better results asking on an iTunes forum.
For now, I suggest switching to a different program.
