hello all . new to this forum but very impressed with the helpfullness of posters. anyway, got the vpccw17fx from best buy. awesome laptop for the money. my problem is that when i go to play a blu ray disc using the intervideo win dvd i am not able to make adjustments to any of the video or audio settings, they are greyed out. i have gone into the nvidia control panel and clicked the radio button to allow the video player to control the settings, but no go. also, if i check the intervideo settings the hardware audio and video settings are greyed out. any ideas ? love this unit btw.
