    hi all

Anyone can tell me if i can uninstall anoying protector suite from my new VAIO Z series and is it safe to do it?

    I dont use sensor,fingerprints etc...
Only thing im concerned is that this app has something to do with computer performance and passwords so im still holding on it.

I think it's okay. I've been running Win7 without the touchpad because it's not the most convenient thing to use, and no problems.

yeah you could uninstall it. i had my fingerprints copied to the fingerprint sensor itself. you could configure it to ask for it on boot time only. and then uninstall the utility and never install it again. the fingerprints will remain in the sensor memory forever. believe me, couple the fingerprint sensor with the on-board TPM protection and your data is safe forever.
