    hello im new to this and was just wondering if you could help me,
    i have a sony vaio vgn-nr10e laptop and a 40" samsung le40r87bd tv
    and was just wondering how can i connect them both to watch movies on the tv.

    if you could please help me i would be very grateful thanks.
